  • Ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating the risks, problems and solutions from a quality and customer/stakeholder point of view.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • B.E. – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 12-15 years of experience
  • Switchgear/ circuit breaker manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt (must)
  • Working knowledge of SAP QM Module
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Spoken-written English language proficiency
