Job Summary

  • The Supervisor works under the direction of the Associate Administrator and Medical Directors to provide both clinical services as well as leadership and managerial services.
  • This position will function as a part of inter-professional teams by communicating, planning, and implementing care directly with other healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and nurse practitioners.
  • The Supervisor is responsible for supervising NP's and PA's, conducting annual reviews, employee counseling, and ensuring patient care is delivered in accordance with professional regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or PA program graduate
  • 5 years experience as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Registered Nurse (RN) California license or exemption
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) California license or exemption
  • Physician Assistant (PA) California license or exemption
  • National Board Certification for NP or NCCPA certification for PA
  • DEA Certificate for controlled substances
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) if applicable
