Job Summary

  • Participates in conducting behavioural assessments, implements and documents specific behavioural interventions, and monitors and evaluates care as provided.
  • Coaches other direct care staff in long term care homes and supports the Behavioural Support Ontario leads, updating and monitoring behaviours tracking forms.
  • Provides cognitive, social, emotional support and responds to resident/family concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
