• You will serve as a senior strategic advisor and program leader, driving the ongoing assessment, innovation, and continual enhancement of BMS's healthcare compliance program.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or related field
• Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in consulting, project management, or business operations role strongly preferred
