Job Summary
Act as the regional subject matter expert of Employee Relations for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and labor union agreements.
Develop and support ER strategies, policies, and governance while collaborating with local HR teams and key stakeholders to manage complex ER issues and organizational change initiatives.
Provide expert consultation, conduct investigations, and manage ER risks to support MUFG’s aspiration of being a preferred employer and fostering sustainable growth.
