Job Summary

  • Provide legal advice and counseling to all mortgage servicing functions, communicate changes in laws and regulations, and draft/review disclosures and borrower communications.
  • Assist with title insurance claims, litigation matters, and counsel Compliance, Business Controls, Risk, and Vendor Management on servicing laws and regulations.
  • Review and revise policies and procedures, coordinate with other Legal Staff, and supervise in-house legal counsel providing advice to Servicing Operations.
