Job Summary

  • As a Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards, you will assist and support aspects of certain compensation programs that enable compensation strategy and priorities across the Company.
  • Design, prototype, and support deployment of AI-powered assistants and intelligent agents to automate routine Total Rewards inquiries, guide managers through pay decisions, and accelerate survey/benchmark analysis.
  • Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)), and are eligible for a long-term incentive program.
