Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • two years of trades schooling in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC
  • demonstrated technical expertise in at least one craft area
  • Universal Technician certification for CFCs if applicable
  • valid state driver's license
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
  • 3+ years related work experience preferred
  • authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
