Job Summary

  • The role supports the Integrated Kids Connect (IKC) project which transforms early childhood care by embedding proactive developmental screening into community settings.
  • You will recruit and support families, coordinate care using the Watch Me Grow–Electronic platform, and develop individualised care plans in collaboration with health districts.
