The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure residents are checked frequently, answer calls promptly, and assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Staff are required to observe and report changes in resident condition, skin breakdown, or any suspected abuse immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
