Job Summary
Develops and oversees nursing care plans that individually address each patient’s needs, caring for the patient’s mind, body and spirit while supporting their families and caregivers.
Makes initial nursing evaluation visit to communicate with physician and determine a plan of care, practicing nursing according to Franciscan Alliance and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care.
Serves in an on-call rotation and provides patient care outside of regular business hours, while promoting patient's independence by teaching self-care skills.
