Base: $109,000.00-$146,000.00; Bonus/Equity: cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurances, Fitness & Wellness programs, Disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, sick time, parental leave, 401(k) match, ESPP, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
Six (6) or more years of strategic talent acquisition experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Life sciences experience in a commercial function preferred
Experience with home office and field sales expansions preferred
