Job Summary

• The Head Racquet Professional plays a central leadership role within the Club’s racquet sports operation, supporting the Athletic Director or Raquet Sports Director in providing exceptional service, strategic program development, and professional oversight of tennis, pickleball, and junior programs.
• Provide the Three Steps of Service to the members and guests of the club, organize racquet clinics and private lessons that encourage participation, and promote tennis memberships to all potential prospects.
• Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests.

• USPTA or PTR Professional certification required
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience
