The Opportunity Adecco is partnering our client, a famous tech MNC We are looking for a Product Support Specialist Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred The Talent Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product support, hardware troubleshooting, or technical operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware inventory management and issue-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk). Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data to spot recurring defects or hardware batch failures. Communication: Strong ability to bridge the gap between non-technical field operators and technical engineering teams. Adaptability: Comfortable working between a professional office environment and hardware workshop settings. Job Description Issue Identification & Technical Triage Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding hardware and product-related queries. Investigate and validate user-reported issues, providing clear recommendations for next steps. Escalate critical issues to the Product Operations and Tech teams based on severity, ensuring a smooth handoff for root cause diagnosis. Hardware & Workshop Management Liaise with various stakeholders to coordinate hardware installation and pre-delivery inspections Liaise directly with product workshops to resolve operational bottlenecks and hardware malfunctions. Maintain a single hardware inventory source-of-truth, while coordinating replacements and repairs. Conduct workshop training and audits, on hardware floating stock and installation process, to ensure ops continuity and compliance. Log and track fault trends and recurring defects to maintain overall product health. Tech Testing & Vendor Support Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and hardware rollouts to ensure high-quality launches.
