Job Summary

  • This position partners with Local Lead Recruiters to achieve agreed Talent Acquisition objectives through ownership of the recruitment process for assigned positions.
  • Schedule candidates for Interviews (virtual and or in-person) with Local Recruitment Leads/Hiring Managers including travel arrangements if required.
  • Conduct or work with vendors to obtain background and/or reference checks on potential candidates, monitor their progress and notify the client of cleared status when requests are completed.
