The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and the mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires rigorous monitoring of patient charts in Net Health EMR and Point Click Care to ensure strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices and Medicare guidelines.
The incumbent will actively support facilities in achieving survey excellence by participating in mock surveys, annual licensing visits, and developing plans of correction.

Must obtain RAC-CT Credential within one year of hire
