Lead or oversee the research and preparation of CEQA documents, including Categorical Exemptions, Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports.
Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, ensuring that environmental analyses, regulatory strategies, and project deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with project goals.
