Key Bridge Boathouse is seeking seasonal Boathouse Shift Supervisors for the 2025 season, which runs from mid-April to October. Job Summary
Assist the Unit Managers in all aspects of unit operations and floor management, including equipment and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives.
Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while ensuring all staff members perform at a consistently high level.
The Boathouse Supervisor assists customers with using equipment and safely getting on and off the equipment, and operates a motorboat for area sweeps and water rescues as needed.
