The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents, and coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing services when working in resident living areas.
The role requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment, while maintaining resident confidentiality and following safety precautions.
