Job Summary
Plan and conduct on-site Quality Assurance (QA) audits across a range of capital and operational programs, including but not limited to the Property Assessment Survey (PAS), Detailed Property Assessment Survey (DPAS), and the Fire Safety Program.
Manage the preparation and issuance of audit findings reports and oversee the close-out process with relevant Service Providers to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications in Engineering, Architectural, Building, Surveying, Project/Business management or related construction discipline or equivalent experience
Extensive travel (over 80% of time) both locally and regionally, including overnight travel
