The primary role is the holistic delivery of culturally relevant land-based healing from an individually centered, family-centered, and community-based perspective, rooted in Anishinaabe culture.
Duties include promoting traditional First Nation cultural teachings, working with youth and families, utilizing spiritual practices, assisting in ceremonies, and engaging in collaborative community partnerships.
The position requires experience teaching and leading land-based activities, supporting healing camps, and maintaining program records while ensuring confidentiality.

Key Requirements
Post Secondary degree in Indigenous Studies/BSW or equivalent
Five (5) years experience in First Nation agencies/communities
Valid class 5 driver’s license and fully insured vehicle
Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge
