  • Employees must be comfortable driving a company van to transport behavioral residents to medical appointments while also working on the floor as a caregiver.
  • The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information and promptly reporting any suspected violations or incidents.

Must-have

  • Valid AZ Caregiver Certification required
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License required
  • Comfortable driving company van for appointments
  • Assist with lifting turning moving residents
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy

  • Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
  • Effective communication with nursing personnel
  • Ability to work flexible shift times
