Job Summary

  • The Sales Order Management Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers’ orders, including retail customer order management, releasing orders for delivery, and securing booking slots.
  • Responsibilities include retail customer credit management, pricing management, and managing related disputes/charges, as well as processing eCommerce orders in SAP and managing direct order queries.
  • The role involves direct and indirect reverse logistics management, ensuring returned orders are completed on time, customers are refunded, stock is reconciled, and error/fraud in exchanges are fixed.
