Job Summary
The Sales Order Management Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers’ orders, including retail customer order management, releasing orders for delivery, and securing booking slots.
Responsibilities include retail customer credit management, pricing management, and managing related disputes/charges, as well as processing eCommerce orders in SAP and managing direct order queries.
The role involves direct and indirect reverse logistics management, ensuring returned orders are completed on time, customers are refunded, stock is reconciled, and error/fraud in exchanges are fixed.

Key Requirements
Bechlore/MBA degree required
Understanding of Logistics Processes and tools
3PL, Logistics and transportation knowledge

Comfortable to work in night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
