The Nurse Aide in Training role is designed for individuals preparing to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through hands-on experience and classroom instruction.
Trainees will assist residents with basic care needs such as grooming, dressing, and feeding while observing and reporting changes in their conditions to licensed staff.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and responding quickly to resident needs in a fast-paced environment.
