  • This role leads, manages, and influences recruitment, policy interpretation and administration, employee relations, performance management, and training, while supporting operations with collective bargaining agreements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years HR experience
  • At least 4 years in professional HR role
  • Experience consulting with management teams
  • Familiarity with employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver’s license
