Job Summary

• The Human Resource Manager’s mission is to support the Area Director of HR in executing the area vision, direction, and goals, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging culture.
• This role leads, manages, and influences recruitment, policy interpretation and administration, employee relations, performance management, and training, while supporting operations with collective bargaining agreements.

Salary

Base: $65,000 - $100,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, ESPP, life insurance

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years HR experience
• At least 4 years in professional HR role
• Experience consulting with management teams
• Familiarity with employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII)
• Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license
