Job Summary

  • The Head Coach - Cheerleading will oversee the development and implementation of all aspects of the Cheerleading program, including student-athlete recruitment, athlete development, and competitive preparation.
  • This part-time role involves collaborating with assistant coaches (technical specialists) to deliver high-quality coaching, mentor student-athletes, and foster a culture of passion, teamwork, and excellence within the program.
  • Expected workload is approximately 22 hours per week during the competitive season (Aug-April), and 2-4 hours per week in the off-season (May-July).

  • Previous Cheerleading coaching experience
