Job Summary
Responsible for structuring and managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring initiatives are coordinated, aligned, and delivering measurable impact across the enterprise.
Design, structure, and manage 2–4 programs at a time, translating high-level goals into coordinated program roadmaps, governance models, and measurable outcomes within the Objectives/Key Results (“OKR”) framework.
