This key leadership role is responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight across Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA), establishing and advancing frameworks, capabilities, and business systems for effective operations.
The individual will oversee all GRA budget, headcount, and vendor activities, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and sustained operational excellence, leading a team of five direct reports.
Key duties include strategic oversight of project management, leading process excellence initiatives, serving as the accountable leader for budget and headcount planning, and partnering to oversee the vendor management program.

Salary
Base: $227,200 - $340,800; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)
