Key Requirements
Three to five years previous supervisory experience
College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience
Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays
Requires ability to operate computer equipment
Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying food items
Continuous standing to supervise, demonstrate and expedite
