  • Educate key internal stakeholders on customer supply chain expectations and provide feedback on Kraft Heinz’s performance to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze and monitor monthly KPIs to track service levels and efficiency performance, making proactive adjustments to improve metrics such as on-time delivery and case fill rate.
  • Partner closely with Sales counterparts to maximize sales through efficient supply chain offerings and collaborate with customers on forecasting strategies to enhance visibility and reduce costs.
