Job Summary
The Demand Planner, NA is a dual-function role critical to aligning sales forecasting, market intelligence, and customer demand with operational planning to drive business results.
Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

Must-have
S&OP cycle DR and S&OE planning
18 month and 60 month demand forecast
Sales performance analysis and reporting
Salesforce CRM data integrity
ERP and forecasting systems experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI
Nice-to-have
Automotive or manufacturing industry experience
Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes
Data governance and master data management
SQL or data modeling experience
Spanish language proficiency
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
5–10 years of progressive experience
Experience managing compliance or audit processes
Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan)
