Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
10+ years of relevant work experience (non-degreed Assessors)
8+ years of related experience
Proficiency in engineering and architectural design standards
Working knowledge of commercial construction codes
