Key Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals
  • Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
