Job Summary

  • The role will be responsible for leading the Expense Accounting and Balance Sheet Substantiation processes globally and will report to the Head of Global Accounting Operations.
  • The position carries end‑to‑end accountability for the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of Expense Accounting and BSS deliverables, including month‑end close activities, accruals, deferrals, allocations, reclasses, and reporting.
  • The role works in close collaboration with State Street Finance leadership, Controllers, FP&A, Internal Audit, and External Audit to ensure strong control outcomes and stakeholder confidence.
