The incumbent is responsible for leading a Mechanical Trade Team and supporting both the Trade Lead and the Site Lead of Group Facilities Management.
He/she and the Mechanical Team will manage and guide system vendors, contractors and maintenance agents to meet their KPIs for services rendered to the hospital.
The role involves overseeing outsourced maintenance providers, auditing service standards, supporting capital replacements, and managing projects from budget approval to execution and closure.
