Base: $105,500.00 - $144,800.00 annualized; Bonus: Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits: Industry-leading benefits and paid time off

Must-have
5+ years in Data Analytics or Process Management
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerShell
Experience with data governance and audit readiness
Ability to lead cross-functional analytics initiatives
Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile methodology
Lean Six Sigma or process excellence credentials
Experience administering Tableau Server or Alteryx Server
Business understanding of Global Operations risk frameworks
Track record of measurable efficiency gains in operations
Key Requirements
