This role involves providing essential legal advice and support on a variety of commercial initiatives and transactions for Diners Club International, working closely with business and legal partners across the organization.
The Legal Department is not a “check the box” function but instead, an important voice and strategic partner in all aspects of the business.
This position will have responsibility for providing expert counsel and strategic guidance across a critical spectrum of areas impacting commercial relationships, including commercial contracting and risk identification and mitigation.
