Must-have
PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems expertise
Automation system design and troubleshooting
GAMP 5 and regulatory compliance
Vision systems implementation and optimization
Industrial communication protocols and OPC
Project management in high-speed automation
Nice-to-have
Collaboration with global and local teams
Strong communication and documentation skills
Fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Experience with OT cybersecurity
Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
Key Requirements
BSc or MSc in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or Software Engineering
8+ years experience in industrial automation in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Knowledge of GAMP 5, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and 21 CFR Part 11
Experience with vision software such as Seidenader and Cognex
