  • Collaborate with R&D, NPI, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure smooth transition from project phase to mass production.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze line data to improve UPH, FPY, and OEE while reducing operating costs.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical, electronic, industrial, or optical engineering
  • Over 5 years of production or process management experience
  • Mandatory FATP workshop management experience in large EMS/ODM companies
  • Fluent English speaking ability
