Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Current or temporary Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
ASCP certification as Medical Technologist
Meet CLIA and CAP testing personnel requirements
Completion of ASCP Certification Maintenance Program if certified after January 1, 2004
