Key Requirements

  • Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services
  • Minimum six years technical services experience
  • Minimum 2 years assistant manager grade FM/PM operation
  • Registered Electrical Worker with Certificate C0 or above
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
