Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Electrical troubleshooting and repair
Installation and calibration of sensors and transmitters
Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
Reading electrical drawings and schematics
Use of diagnostic electrical tools
Compliance with electrical safety procedures
Experience with VFDs and motor control circuits
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with industrial automation and communication protocols
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and during plant shutdowns
Experience with PLC, SCADA, and automation troubleshooting
Key Requirements
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Technology or related field
3–5 years industrial electrician/technician experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial plants, utilities, or oil & gas
Experience with VFDs, control panels, PLC interfaces, and instrumentation
