Job Summary

  • Job Scope Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours
  • Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions
  • Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines
