  • Ensure adherence to procurement and vendor onboarding policies

  • Plan and deliver site-wide events
  • Manage event logistics, materials, catering, invitations, and post-event actions
  • Improve administrative processes and standardize templates
  • Optimize filing systems and maintain administrative tools
