  • Continuously drive innovation and improve JLL’s engineering services offering in partnership with JLL Work Dynamics Technology, offerings.
  • Assess IFM technical resources, support the development of engineering and technical talent in the sub region.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years in engineering operations in IFM
  • University degree in engineering
  • Direct experience leading/managing others
  • Experience of account mobilisation and ongoing support services
  • General understanding of Engineering Delivery, commercial implications and risk, and change management
  • Broad understanding of various IFM commercial structures and implications of each related to operational delivery, especially in the ANZ market
  • General understanding and experience with Real Estate Outsourcing
