Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years in engineering operations in IFM
University degree in engineering
Direct experience leading/managing others
Experience of account mobilisation and ongoing support services
General understanding of Engineering Delivery, commercial implications and risk, and change management
Broad understanding of various IFM commercial structures and implications of each related to operational delivery, especially in the ANZ market
General understanding and experience with Real Estate Outsourcing
