The Strategic Engagement Manager – AI Solutions is a key role in driving the adoption of Elsevier AI Solutions top-down, focusing on major opportunities with national governments, international organizations, and large or strategic academic and research institutions.
This role will act on behalf of Elsevier’s AI offerings to position Elsevier as a trusted partner and leader in responsible, transparent AI for research, partnering with Account Managers to bring deeper strategic and technical capabilities to sales.
Post-sale, the role provides the framework for ongoing customer value and advisory support to grow relationships with large-scale accounts, helping customers expand their use of Elsevier AI solutions.
