Position: Project Executive The Event Project Executive oversees daily site and venue operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient running of all activities. The role is heavily focused on festive event setups such as Christmas and Chinese New Year, while also supporting other assigned events as needed. They manage financial, people, and resource planning to ensure smooth and profitable operations. This includes coordinating maintenance of utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, rides, and equipment, while ensuring all safety and regulatory requirements are met. The role requires strong operational oversight, data analysis capability, and hands-on leadership to guide teams on site. Duties: Collaborate with the management team in the development of marketing collaterals for business development Undertake site visits to understand onsite challenges that would impact the scope of work or achievement of contract criteria Develop cost and effort estimates to create technical and commercial proposals to bid for tendered contracts Evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of the scope of work with respect to the organisation’s technical capability and commercial considerations Participate in tender interviews, pitch meetings and/or marketing presentations to potential clients, building architects and building ontractors to showcase technical capability and experience Attend client briefings to clarify project scope and establish expectations, communication channels and related protocols Conduct detailed site assessments to understan
