Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or related
• Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience
• At least 5 years in client-representative or PMC planning coordination
• Experience working on multi-zone, large-scale urban developments
• Proven involvement in concept-to-detailed master plan evolution
• Experience working on Qatar mega developments
• Proficiency with planning and design software tools
