The Director of Technology Innovation & Data is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all property technology systems, including computer networks and data and voice communications for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities.
Responsibilities include ensuring 24/7 availability and operational readiness of all critical hotel systems, overseeing installation, maintenance, and support of all property technology systems, and establishing and enforcing system security, network protection, and data integrity procedures.
