Job Summary

  • The Director, Continuous Improvement, will lead continuous improvement activities within the organization and functional areas, supporting CI culture.
  • The role will oversee both strategic and tactical improvement initiatives, kaizen workshops, and culture-building activities, contributing to overall governance of performance oversight in GCS.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and vacation.

Key Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • 5+ years Lean Six Sigma implementation experience
  • 5+ years coaching and leading process improvement teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of GMP, GCP, and clinical trials
  • Experience facilitating kaizen workshops
  • No visa sponsorship
  • US and Puerto Rico residency required
